2011 Family Satisfaction Survey Results

 

As part of the quality assurance and performance improvement plan at PCE, we conducted a simple ten question satisfaction survey. We were very pleased with the results. Both caregivers and our adolescent clients (ages 14 and over) were given surveys to complete. They overwhelmingly agreed that the services being provided by PCE are helping to make them healthier and are being provided in a manner that is consistent with our mission, values, and guiding principles.
